Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of PxGuard — the PxGuard browser extension and the website at https://pxguard.ai (the “Service”), operated by Sebastián Molinari. By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.
The Service
PxGuard is a visual QA tool for web developers. It provides free, in-browser inspection overlays (spacing & appearance, accessibility, image inspection, typography, and tab order) and a paid AI Scan that analyzes a page and returns a quality report. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
Accounts
Some features require an account. You’re responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
Subscriptions & Billing
Paid features are offered as subscription plans described on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel beforehand. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. We may change pricing with notice; changes apply to the next billing period.
Payments & Merchant of Record
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), which acts as the Merchant of Record for purchases of the Service. This means Paddle — not Sebastián Molinari — is the seller of record for your transaction and handles billing, payment, and applicable taxes. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s buyer terms. We do not store your full payment card details.
Refunds & Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and your plan stays active until the end of the current period. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee: if you’re not satisfied, request a refund within 14 days of a purchase and we’ll refund it in full. Refunds are issued through our Merchant of Record. This does not limit any refund rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, do not:
- Use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or abuse the Service or its AI Scan beyond your plan’s limits.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.
- Submit data you don’t have the right to submit for analysis.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, belongs to Sebastián Molinari and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service — not to own it.
Your Content & Scan Data
You retain ownership of the data you submit through the Service, such as the page data sent with an AI Scan. You grant us the limited rights needed to process that data and deliver your reports, as described in our Privacy Policy. Your scan reports are yours to use.
AI Findings Are Suggestions
The AI Scan uses an AI model to generate findings. These are suggestions, not guarantees. They may be incomplete or occasionally incorrect, and they are not a substitute for professional accessibility, legal, or compliance review. You’re responsible for deciding what to act on. PxGuard does not warrant that using it makes a site fully accessible or compliant.
Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party providers (for example, AI processing, hosting, authentication, and payments). Your use may also be subject to their terms. We’re not responsible for third-party services we don’t control.
Disclaimer of Warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sebastián Molinari will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or its users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you other rights.
